Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains the website storage and optional tracking preferences available on The Yunus Foundation website.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files websites can store in your browser. Websites can also use related browser technologies such as local storage to remember information and preferences.
2. Our consent preference storage
Our cookie preference tool uses browser local storage under
the name yunus_cookie_preferences_v1.
It records your choice about optional analytics and marketing
technologies and when that choice was saved. This allows
us to remember your preferences on subsequent visits
using the same browser.
3. Optional analytics
Our preference centre lets you choose whether you would allow optional analytics. Our initial website scan did not identify an installed Google Analytics tracker. Selecting this option does not itself install or activate analytics.
4. Optional marketing technologies
You can separately choose whether you would allow optional marketing technologies if they are introduced. Selecting this option does not itself install advertising trackers.
5. External services
Our website uses external services for some functions, including Stripe Checkout for payments. When you use such services, their separate storage and privacy practices may apply. You can review the notices presented by those services for more information.
6. Change your preferences
You can reopen the preference centre at any time using Cookie Settings. You can also clear the website's stored data using your browser settings, although doing so may cause the consent banner to reappear.
